CNC Works is an established family run business conveniently situated between both Dublin & Belfast
The founder of CNC works Shane Connolly gained valuable woodworking experience during his decade of working with John Daly Craftsman Furniture
and has an in-depth knowledge of wood machining and the furniture industry along with the customer expectations required.
CNC Works offer ample experience working with the composite sector in the design and production of plugs and moulds for various sometimes highly sensitive
R & D projects including components for aiding the production of wind turbines, tidal turbines, generators to name but a few etc
With Vigorous Quality checks in place, Only the Highest quality & precision machining techniques pass the checks.
We offer a fast turn around on all works carried out (We aim for 2 days turn around from material entry to dispatch)
Precision and reliability is key to our business while maintaining the ability to cater for small, medium and large run projects
We also provide a useful backup service for companies who may have a machine of their own out of order and need to be able to keep up with their own orders to meet strict deadlines.
We recognise how inconvenient and stressful this can be to any business,
this type of urgent production can sometimes be put on the machines on a night shift to help a client get back on track in any way we can.

Using our expertise we can facilitate additional processes to the materials in-house to offer the client a wide range of solutions to the product including high-pressure laminate edging or similar
Our Cnc machines are all equipped with Multi Drilling heads so that pieces can be bored for holes with precision if required
Over the years gained exceptional experience in design work, managing small to large multi-million euro commercial projects from design right through to completion.
Using our vast skill set to date along with been proficient in Auto Cad and other design software packages to provide a service which is backed by industry knowledge and know-how when it comes to exceeding expectations and getting the job done
We can work together directly from your designs or provide a full design service for you. We also work closely with Architects on finalising drawings for sign off on small to large commercial contract works.
