WARDROBE DOORS
Recently from our customer orders, we have recognised a demand for bedroom doors that are both traditionally stylish and available to be painted in the growing varieties of colours available.
We have designed several profiles which we machine for the trade. These are mostly plain MDF or 18mm Moisture Resistant MR ( which can sometimes be easier to paint than
plain MDF and are more suitable for fitting in wet areas I.E. for vanity units etc )
We can also run bespoke sizes at pretty much the same cost. We try not to add on surcharges that other companies would for bespoke work.
COMPONENTS FOR BAR FURNITURE / UPHOLSTERY PROJECTS
We regularly run pieces out for compainies who may be making Sofas / Chairs for bars and hotels etc.
We work from their own dimensions and radius to run out exactly the shape they are after. We can also work with our clients who wish to supply their own material for us to run through our machines.
FLAT PACK SERVICES
CNC Works are capable of running full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom units and furniture, although this is a busy industry we pride ourselves on providing only high-quality products.
Unlike a lot of the different companies who target this market we found that a lot of trades are not impressed with the flimsy nature of the products on offer, and come to us to provide a more robust, fit for purpose solution.
With our expertise, we can provide a full design service, whether it's for a private kitchen or large commercial projects we can look after all your needs.
BESPOKE FURNITURE
CNC Routing / Shaping on furniture components.
Taking sheets of MDF / Chipboard and routing them into various shaped pieces to be used in the manufacture of furniture, tables, chairs, suites of furniture, sofas, armchairs, rocking chairs etc

ARCHITECTURAL / DECORATIVE PANELS FOR GLASS WINDOWS
Over the years we have designed and produced decorative Georgian style panels that are fitted to glass doors to give that ornate look in houses.
That once sprayed up and finished are a real eye catcher.
We have also designed these for around the front doors of houses, which can be put between the panes of glass and left weather tight.
LABORATORY SERVICES
CNC Works have run various materials for the use in labs.
We can machine approved high-density laminates such as TRESPA.
Thanks to our state of the art machines, we can router out the holes, align shapes required or undermount sinks along with routing draining grooves into them also.
Occasionally we are given the task of designing, machining and assembling jigs/wheels out of sheet materials to be used in industrial laser printers.
When various items that the customer needs to print change size, CNC Works were able to replicate the original jigs and cut the new shapes into the material so that the customer could adapt with the ever-changing industry to meet their customers requirements.
PLUG AND MOULD FOR COMPOSITES INDUSTRY
CNC Works has provided services for all kind of industries.
One of the more challenging industries we have worked with is companies who need solutions to produce Plug & Moulds.
This type of work is where CNC Works really excel.
Usually, these types of projects require very high tolerances of + / - 1mm.
We can take your design and work out the best way to achieve this.
These types of project are usually 3-D and are intricate in detail.
Using our knowledge and know-how, along with our state of the art machinery we are able to run what you need in a timely fashion.
These type of projects are on a consultation basis so we arrange to meet and discuss in detail as to how we can help.

SLATWALL
Our slatwall panels are manufactured with computer-controlled precision. A wide range of melamine-faced MDF slatwall panels are available to order.
Alternatively, raw board slat panels can be supplied with either a lacquered finish or as a sanded board for on-site finishing.

SIGNAGE
Various stencils machined for use in coding numbers and letters on to shipping containers and lorries. Engraving signs for shop fronts and office buildings.
CNC Works have perfected our techniques in dimensional sign lettering and graphics. You can use our high-quality material sources or provide us with your own material.
FRETWORK / PATTERNS / SCREENS / ACOUSTIC PANELS
We run various types of patterns into MDF sheets which can be used for a wide range of applications.
From radiator covers, screens for bedrooms & stages or high precision panels that are for use on acoustic panels in theatres or general-purpose areas etc.
We have the capabilities to run small to large batches very quickly and are always keeping in mind that a smooth clean finish is needed for spraying and painting.
CAD Services
Full design service available for producing shop drawings for various private & commercial furniture projects.
CNC Works offer CAD drafting, CAD product design, sketches to CAD conversion, 2D and 3D CAD drawing & modelling services for moulding, mechanical, parts and prototyping.
Relief Work Fast Tracked
If your own machine is temporarily out of order, we have helped such customers by machining orders (sometimes on a night shift) so that you dont fall behind, until your up and running again.
